As a woman and someone new to irrigation installation, going into a sprinkler store can be kinda overwhelming because I’m probably not the typical customer. Jason has helped me a couple times when I’ve gone in a been extremely helpful. He’s drawn and helped me edit my sketches, talk through designs and help find materials throughout the store. The guys that work here (particularly Jason) have made me so much more comfortable and confident to do these projects. Sprinkler supply in pc hires the best people.

Great experience here. I am installing my own sprinkler system and Paul has been incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. Sometimes you may have to wait because they are giving A+ service to someone else, but it’s definitely worth the wait. These guys know what they are doing and are super friendly.

The employees at this location are always smiling, always friendly, and always helpful. I've never seen such great customer service. When you walk in they always acknowledge you, no matter how busy they are. They are very experienced, and can solve almost any problem. If you need irrigation/landscaping products I would highly recommend this store. I won't go anywhere else.

Park City finally has a real sprinkler store! Well-stocked and helpful staff. A special shout out to Paul, the Asst Manager -- extremely knowledgeable, spent a lot of time helping me buy the right parts (which, as I turns out, were not at all what I thought I needed). Outstanding service and saved me a huge amount of time. Thanks, Paul!
